So I went to look at the website for "Vote No on Prop 8." When did same-sex marriage become a "fundamental right?" Is it in the Constitution? Did I miss something? I'd vote No because I think that committed couples of any type should be allowed to formalize their relationship, but calling same-sex marriage a fundamental right is just so much bullshit.
