I believe it still needs to be proclaimed. When's the next friday before a long weekend? And if they're smart (sorry, I know how silly that sounds), they may take their time because at least some of the Conservatives know (despite their righteous indignation and assurances to the contrary) that this could still be messy. I bet they'll still want to backstop this with some administrative measures at the Human Rights Commission.
Ken Chapman has been awfully quiet since the vote. He actually said "he believed Stelmach" when a free vote was offered up. I hadn't pegged him as being that naive...oh well, ya live, ya (don't) learn.

ReplyDeleteGood , maybe teachers will stick to the curriculum instead of trying to inflict their "liberalized" viewpoint where it does not belong.
ReplyDeleteTwenty five million dollars worth of new branding up in smoke. The good news is it didn't cost a dime -- 'spirit to achieve'. Indeed.
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking isn't it, crossing the rubicon like that... at least we know what to expect now, because it'll all be downhill from here.
