Super blogger Allie is blogging that Premier Ralph Klein has received 55% of delegate support at the Alberta PC Convention and leadership review in Calgary.
After leading the Alberta PC's to 4 massive majority governments, he has been very strongly shown the door.
I'm expecting he'll announce his quick retirement plans at a press conference tomorrow morning.

ReplyDeleteKnowing Ralph he won't change his plans a bit. They needed 6% less "yes men". He'll try hard to hang around and destroy the party in doing so.
ReplyDeleteHe could be pretty vengeful and just cling to power...I'm not sure whether he will or not. He's a street fighter but he also does have the best interests of the party at heart.

ReplyDeleteTalk about being beholden to big money donors... seems like Marky Mark Norris is sucking on the sweet nectar of a $10,000/month salary that's coming directly from his leadership/"consulting" campaign/"company". This is screaming to be blogged, and just another example of the kind of behavior that shows why I'm glad as hell that Mark Norris no longer is an elected representative.
