"I don't listen to Al Gore in particular because he's a Democrat. And not only that, he's about as far left as you can go."I was reminded that he had an evening worth of time put aside for another high-profile Democrat with very close ties to Gore in Edmonton last March? He even had pictures taken with him (along with Tory MLA's Cindy Ady and George VanderBurg) and gave the introduction speech at the Rexall Place.
How likely do you think it is that Klein would be singing a different tune had Gore been allowed to become President after winning the 2000 US Presidential election?
Ralph Klein? Unprincipled?
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked! Shocked that there is gambling going on in this establishment!
PS--Look at that man-on-man hand-holding going on in that photo.
ReplyDeleteDidn't Ralph get the memo that this sort of behavior isn't tolerated by Martha & Henry?
Well Al Gore did not become president, he lost and then made a shity movie.
ReplyDeleteI mean how can believe a guy who's IQ is lower the G.Bush. Come on the guy said he invented the internet
I like how Gore's internet comment completely outweighs the volumes of stupid shit that Bush has said his entire life for people like you.
ReplyDeleteWhat Gore said is this: "During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system." I think it's reasonably clear what he meant.
ReplyDeleteIn defense of the premier, Gore made some pretty inflammatory and incorrect statements recently of his own, on the subject of the tar sands.
ReplyDeletePlus, he invented the internet. Did we mention that? hehe
Klein is an elected official with a responsibility to Albertans who he is supposed to be representing.
ReplyDeleteAl Gore is unelected and not responsible to and electors.
THAT is the main difference and why Albertans should be embarassed.
embarassed...the people of alberta eat up the premier's comments...at last check ralph's approval rating stood at 70%...gore took a shot at alberta ralph responded...life goes on...
ReplyDeleteIf Al Gore defines the extreme left wing of American politics, then things are far worse than suspected.
ReplyDelete"embarassed...the people of alberta eat up the premier's comments...at last check ralph's approval rating stood at 70%...gore took a shot at alberta ralph responded...life goes on..."
ReplyDeleteyeah, that 55.4% of Alberta Tories really ate up his antics when he threw that Liberal healthcare book at the 17 year old legislature page...
Gore didn't take a shot at Alberta or Albertans - he took a shot at what the oil industry is doing to Alberta's environment. If Klein wants to defend Big Oil, then fine, he should use FACT not cheapshot bush-league personal attacks.
ReplyDeleteAl Gore never won an election, the left leaning supreme court said so, several times!!!!
ReplyDeleteBut he has pushed every extreme, nutbar leftist cause on the planet . . . and his dumb movie proves it . . . short on facts, long on scare.
Thiry years ago Newsweek and Time were telling us we were going to freeze in the dark, now they are telling us we are going to drown in our beds . . . sooo crazy . . . a little global warming experiment, make youselves an highball, pour two ounces of rum in a tall glass, insert 8 ice cubes and fill with coke . . . then sit and watch as the ice cubes melt and see if the drink runs all over the table . . . lol
Al Gore, a former Senator, never won an election? Left-leaning Supreme Court?
ReplyDeleteI don't know whether you're a fucking idiot (which would explain why you're oblivious to the facts) or whether you just enjoy dishing out vile lies for the sake of it.
