meh.
ReplyDelete;)
ReplyDeleteGood luck Dave, you deserve both awards.
Nice work. I voted for you today. Surprisingly enough, some folks were kind enough to nominate my hacks also. No chance for me...but lets get you the win!
ReplyDeleteShane
I vote for Dave for "most biased blog" and "most unbalanced blog".
ReplyDeleteI believe in a non-partisan blogosphere where we don't pick winners, we just quietly celebrate the genius of all.
ReplyDeleteGetting involved and helping you win is so pre-Interwebcyberspace. I can't bring myself to do something as lowly as vote. Except for American Idol.
I vote Anon 2:12 for funniest joke of the year.
ReplyDeleteI vote Anon @ 3:15 for biggest sycophant of the year.
ReplyDeleteThis could be a hard choice. Chapman has clearly jumped the shark this year. Eaves is a brilliant writer, if you ask Mr. Eaves. Daveberta sadly has fallen into the "everything sucks in Alberta" mode far too often. Ian Capstick should stick to male modeling and NDP fantasy land.
ReplyDeleteFrankly, I think it's Calgary Grit's race to lose (although his Liz May Xmas letter could have been stronger).
PS. Ed Broadbent
Nice! I'm up in the 'new' category with some other good blogs - good luck!!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Jennifer
Thanks for the shout-out Dave. Go Alberta blogs!
ReplyDeleteNo Enlightened Savage? The dude comes out and has some nails posts and doesn't even get nominated?
ReplyDeleteShame!!!!! (in your best opposition voice)
Thanks the good wishes - now all get out and vote! ;-)
ReplyDeleteGustav - I agree, I was a little stunned that ES wasn't nominated.
