Although this seems to be the luck of having an open theater spot you might be surprised at what else is happening in GP's cultural scene...
For a city of our size and in our location would you expect the $28 Million Library & Art Gallery cultural centre that is being constructed?
Or if you are planning a road trip maybe it should be for the 2009 Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Arts Award which the city is hosting. (June 18 - 20th)
Or next summer come up for Alberta's largest Street Performer's Festival outside of Edmonton or Calgary which drew over 20,000 people this year.
We are happy and honored to have Denny's film, but it's not the only thing happening in the Grande Prairie Arts and Culture scene.
Thanks for the update, Bill. Sounds like there are a lot of exciting things going on in Grande Prairie. I was there last October and was amazed to see the growth going on.
